Remove business & delete business data

As per the requirements stated in GDPR; a user can delete all data for a business. This process not only archives the information stored for that business but also the document uploaded to that business.

Please follow these steps, if you need to remove all data for a client/business due to any reason;

Step 1: Navigate to Business Details

Navigate to theBusiness Details page by clicking on the Business Configuration on the left side of the dashboard and select the Business Details menu option.

Step 2: Click on the Archive button

From the business user page, click on the Archive button and enter text ‘Archive’ in the highlighted field.

Click on the button ‘Delete Documents and Archive Data’ to complete the process.

Note; this action cannot be undone, therefore, please check carefully before deleting a business.

Your business is now archived. All the documents and the associated information has been deleted from Receipt Bot and will not be accessible.

<pclass=”highlighted-sec” style=”margin: 0px;”>Note: this does not delete your Receipt Bot account which is not affected upon deletion of business. You need to delete your account

Limitations in Mobile Apps;

Receipt Bot mobile apps does not have the feature delete a business therefore please make use of the Receipt Bot web apps.
