With our latest update, you can convert PDF credit card statements into. QBO Web Connect files and import credit card transactions into QuickBooks Desktop.

Upload your CSV or PDF Credit Card Statements to Receipt Bot. Once processed, download those in the “QBO (QuickBooks Desktop)” format. Receipt Bot will generate a Web Connect File. This Web Connect File can be imported directly into QuickBooks desktop to record your credit card transactions.
