Delete your account from Receipt Bot
If you have decided to not use Receipt Bot any further then follow this article to learn how to delete an account in Receipt Bot.
If you are an account owner in Receipt Bot; then you need to archive all active businesses before deleting your account. Follow this article on how to delete a business one by one Remove business & delete business data
You can also contact the support team, to archive your account, via web chat or email at ‘hello@receipt-bot.com’.
Step 1 – Navigate to User Profile
Navigate to the User Profile page by clicking on the User Initials icon from the top right corner and select the User Profile option.
Step 2: Delete your Account
From the user profile screen, click on the Delete Account button and enter text ‘Delete’ in the bottom left field.
Click on ‘Delete my account’ button to complete the process.
All the data for your account has now been deleted from Receipt Bot and will not be accessible anymore.
