Remove Business & Delete Business Data
As per the requirements stated in GDPR; a user can delete all data for a business. This process not only archives the information stored for that business but also the document uploaded to that business.
Please follow these steps, if you need to remove all data for a client/business due to any reason;
Step 1 – Navigate to the ”Business Details” page by clicking on the “Business Configuration” from the business menu.
Step 2 – Click on the Archive Business button and enter the text ‘Archive’ in the highlighted field.
Step 3 – Click on the button “Delete Documents and Archive Data” to complete the process.
Note; this action cannot be undone, therefore, please check carefully before deleting a business.
Your business is now archived. All the documents and the associated information have been deleted from the Receipt Bot and will not be accessible.

Limitations in Mobile Apps;
Receipt Bot mobile apps does not have the feature delete a business therefore please make use of the Receipt Bot web apps.
