Custom Format for Purchase/Sale Invoice
Receipt Bot allows you to extract and organize purchase and sale invoice data in pre-defined formats. If you cannot find the exact format you need, you have the flexibility to create a Customized CSV format to download your purchase and sale invoice data from Receipt Bot.

Steps to Design a Custom Format
You can create a custom download format for invoices by following the steps defined below:
Step 1 – Navigate to the Purchase/Sale invoice page from the business menu.
Step 2 – Click the “Formats” button at the top right corner.
Step 3 – Click the “Custom Format” button.
Step 4 – Provide format details like name and description.
Step 5 – Select the checkbox for the columns that need to be included in the download format and define their names.
Step 6 – Click the “Download Sample” button to view a sample Excel file.
Step 7 – Click on the “Save” button.
Your Customized CSV download format will be saved and tagged as a favourite, enabling you to download your invoice data effortlessly in the format of your choice.

When creating a custom format, you can customize your data in the following ways:
Format Details
Name: Provide a clear and concise name for your custom format to help your team members easily identify its purpose.
Description: Add a brief description to the format.
Rename and manage columns:
Include/Exclude Column Headers: Specify whether to include or exclude column headers in the generated CSV output.
Rename the column headers: Rename the column headers according to your needs.
