Reactivate a cancelled subscription
Receipt Bot works on a subscription-based billing model and customers are charged monthly.
Subscriptions can get cancelled due to any of the following reasons:
- Cancelling the service from the billing page.
- Automatic cancellation if the subscription is not activated before conclusion of trial period. Receipt Bot provides 30 free credits in trial which are valid for 14 days.
- Automatic cancellation if the payment fails for any due invoice after four attempts.
This article will cover the steps required to reactivate a cancelled subscription in Receipt Bot.
Steps to Reactivate a cancelled subscription
Step 1 – Navigate to the Subscription & Billing page using the gear icon.
Step 2 – Click the “Reactivate Subscription” button
Step 3 –Select the desired billing currency.
Step 4 – Choose a plan according to your estimated usage.
Step 5 – Enter the discount code if received and click the apply discount button then click the “Next” button.
(the discount code is received in the Welcome email sent by Receipt Bot)
Step 6 – Review the plan details and click the “Proceed to checkout” button.
Step 7 – Enter your payment information and click on the “Add” button.
Receipt Bot supports payment via MasterCard, VISA, American Express and PayPal accounts.
Step 8 – Click the “Pay & subscribe” button.
Your plan changes will be applied immediately depending on the selected plan.
